CHALLENGE / MISSION

Since 1965 Lloyd’s Plumbing has been a trusted, Family-Owned Plumbing Company located in Thousand Oaks, California. As a fully licensed, bonded, and insured service and repair plumbing contractor, Lloyds helping thousands of loyal residential customers, municipal agencies, school districts, housing authorities, as well as local businesses and property management companies across Ventura and Los Angeles County. The brand had been using their previous identity since the early 1990’s and needed a fresh take on their look & feel across all of their brand messaging. 

SOLUTION / RESULTS

Developed a scalable identity system to stand-out amongst Lloyd’s competitors. Aligned with the  brand’s core principles of honesty, integrity, and innovation the Lloyd’s brand communicates pride in their service to the community and pays homage to their mission of providing the utmost professional, personable, and positive experience to all customers while honoring their plumbing team as family.  The Lloyd’s service fleet and technician uniform is now a recognizable symbol of professional service in their area of operation.

Paying homage to the original hand-painted signage by the founder of Lloyd's Plumbing back in 1965, the primary badge embodies honest, professional service to the community in a timeless blue-collar manner.
